1. Event Collective Event Planning Company

1.1 Event Planning Services

a. Description: The Event Collective offers event planning services to help you organize and execute special occasions. Our services include venue selection, vendor management, event design, and coordination.

b. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your event needs. You agree to cooperate with our event planners to ensure the successful execution of your event.

1.2 Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy and potential refunds or credits will be outlined in your event planning contract.

b. Refunds and Credits: Refunds or credits for event planning services will be governed by the terms and conditions specified in your contract.

2. Collective Atelier Clothing and Wellness Brand

2.1 Online Store

a. Product Information: Our online store offers clothing and wellness products. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

b. Orders: By placing an order through our online store, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2 Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Event Collective and Collective Atelier, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The Event Collective reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with The Event Collective in asserting any available defenses.

a. Event Planning: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your event or the services provided by our event planning company.

b. Clothing and Wellness Products: We do our best to provide accurate product information, but we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our clothing and wellness products.

Liability Disclaimer

The information, software, products and services included in or available through the site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information herein. The Event Collective LLC and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the site at any time.

If The Event Collective or Collective Atelier provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of the Site or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. 

The Event Collective or Collective Atelier may disable your user ID and password in The Event Collective' sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US Dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or service placed. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our event planning services and online store at our discretion, without prior notice.
